Because every piece is crafted by hand, please allow 1–2 weeks for Custom/Made-To-Order orders to be prepared before it ships. This allows time for careful crafting, curing, and packaging. If your order is ready sooner, it will be shipped out right away and you'll be notified!

Once your order is prepared and shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

• Domestic orders: Typically arrive within 2–7 business days.
• International orders: May take 2–4 weeks, depending on your country and customs processing.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.
